At USA Teamwear, we are committed to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction. With a passionate team of over 100 skilled craftspeople and state-of-the-art production equipment, we ensure the highest quality in print and embroidery for every order. While we strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we want to resolve it quickly and hassle-free.
We accept returns in 30 days from delivery date.
If your order includes items that are printed or embroidered incorrectly—whether the design doesn’t match or the wrong products were used—we’ll make it right. Here’s how:
- Mistakes in print or embroidery: If the item is materially different from your final design, we will reprint or re-embroider it at no extra charge, or provide a full or partial refund, depending on your preference.
- Unable to fix the issue: If we can’t fix the issue, we’ll issue a refund for the affected items. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Shipping Refund: If you chose DHL Shipping and need to return or exchange, we’ll refund your shipping costs.

Cancellations
Since our items are custom-made specifically for you, a $20 customization fee per item applies to all orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll do our best to stop production if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Please note: Once production has begun, cancellations will incur a $20 restocking fee per item. If the order has been completed and shipped, refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and any discounts applied to the personalized items (unless there was an error on our part).
After processing your return, you will receive a confirmation 📧Email. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund to appear in your account, and potentially an additional billing cycle for it to reflect on your statement.
